Print size - 16 1/2 in x 22 in. - this is a cropped calendar (no dates) - vintage frame (shows some wear) - rebacked and cleaned by respected Parrish dealer - there are two small holes to the left of the tree and several creases from age - overall in colors are deep and rich -beautiful condition (we always loved this one - but now we see these views everyday in real life!!).
